Our return policy is exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for non-sale items/deal of the day items/holiday items/jewelry. Sale items, deal of the day items, holiday items, and jewelry are a final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Also, if you use a sale coupon (20% off or more) the items become sale items and are a final sale. No exceptions. Merchandise must be in its original condition with the tags attached and not have been worn. To initiate an exchange, you may email email@example.com or send us a message. The buyer is responsible for shipping on returned items. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or lost packages. You must file a claim with the post office or call them to attempt to locate your package.
